Loss of supply and emergencies

Electricity

If you have lost electricity due to a power outage or blackout, you must contact your energy distributor for assistance.

If you live in ENERGEX's (External website) network area call:
13 62 62 for loss of supply
13 19 62 for electricity emergencies

If you live in Ergon Energy's (External website) network area call:
13 22 96 for loss of supply
13 16 70 for electricity emergencies

If you have been disconnected because you haven't paid your bill, you must contact your retailer to try to resolve the problem.


Gas

For a gas leak or emergency, call 1800 808 526.

Water

If you have no water, or need to report a fault, contact your local water supplier in south east Queensland:
