Applying for information

While we proactively release information about our activities, the Right to Information Act 2009 provides a formal means of requesting access to information held by us that is not normally publicly available.

The Information Privacy Act 2009 provides you with the means to access your personal information and to ensure that this information is accurate, complete,
up-to-date and not misleading.

Note: the process for making a Right to Information or an Information Privacy application replaces the previous Freedom of Information (FOI) process.
