To access Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland information, you will need to make a formal application under the Right to Information Act 2009 or the Information Privacy Act 2009 (if it relates to your personal information).
You can submit a Right to Information or Information Privacy application directly to the Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland using the Right to Information and Information Privacy Access Application form (PDF 104 K).
Your application must:
- be in writing in the approved form
- provide an address to which a notification of the decision may be sent
- be addressed to the Right to Information & Information Privacy Coordinator
- you may be required to pay an application fee of $38, to the Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland if the information you request is not related to your personal information.
